Summit of Relocated Businesses: Getting the Most of E-Commerce to Trade Across Borders - 28.11.2026

About the Summit

The Summit of Relocated Businesses 2026 is organised by the Association of Belarusian Businesses Abroad (ABBA) within the framework of the EU-funded Belarusian Diaspora Initiative (BDI), in partnership with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP).

The Summit brings together relocated entrepreneurs, e-commerce companies, business support organisations and institutional partners to share practical expertise, build business connections and explore opportunities for cross-border growth. Through expert-led sessions, practical activities and structured networking, participants will gain knowledge, tools and contacts to develop their businesses across European markets.

The Summit will take place in person in Warsaw, Poland, on 28 November 2026.

Matchmaking

As part of the Summit, confirmed participants will have access to the Conversation Starter matchmaking platform, where they can create their business profile and connect with other participants.

An online matchmaking event will take place on 17 November 2026, ahead of the Summit. Participants will also be able to schedule business meetings before, during and after the Summit through the platform.

To participate in the activity, Belarusian citizens must verify their identity through our secure verification platform. You will need to upload a copy of your ID/passport and take a live photo to confirm the authenticity of your documents.

Please note that completing the registration and verification process does not guarantee participation in the event. Due to the limited number of places and potentially high number of applications, participation will be subject to a selection process. Only selected applicants will be contacted and receive confirmation of their participation. The organisers reserve the right to decline applications in accordance with the applicable selection criteria and organisational policies.
